1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using SmartMail AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Anti-Spam Policy

SmartMail AI is designed for professional B2B outreach. You agree NOT to use the platform to send unsolicited mass emails (spam). You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable email marketing laws. Accounts found violating these rules will be permanently deactivated without refund.

3. Subscriptions & Trial Limits

• Free Trial: New users are granted a 3-day trial limited to 20 emails per day. Once the trial expires, sending capabilities are locked until upgraded.
• Pro Automator: Paid subscriptions grant unlimited sending capabilities and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay.

4. Limitation of Liability

SmartMail AI provides AI drafting and email delivery tools. We are not responsible for your domain's sender reputation, Google Workspace bans resulting from poor sending practices, or AI-generated content that violates third-party rights. Users must review AI drafts before launching campaigns.
